1. Participant Identification
Other than the Administrator of this service, all participants in our focus groups will know you only by your face, first name, and a random number assigned to you.
2. Participant Restriction
The participants in our focus groups will be restricted to attorneys and their staff who are bound by strict confidentiality laws and obligations. In addition, their participation will be conditioned on adhering to the same privacy policy we set forth here.
3. Non-Disclosure of Information
Demographic and psychographic information that you provide here will be generalized and coded so that specific answers to specific questions will not be available to participants. Contact information such as address, etc, will be available only to JuryVision administrators for making payments to you and verifying eligibility. Other than this limited usage, we will never share ANY of your information with ANYBODY.
4. Identity Disclosure
Upon written request, we will furnish you with the identities of all participants in the group. Please note that we may delay the release of this information until after the proceedings for which the group is convened have concluded.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By participating in these mock trials or focus groups, you agree to keep everything you see, hear, or learn during your participation strictly confidential.
What You Cannot Share
You agree not to:
Tell anyone (including family, friends, or coworkers) about the facts, claims, or evidence discussed in these sessions
Share details about other participants or what they said
Post about this session on social media or any other platform
Record, photograph, or document any part of the session
Share the opinions or feedback given by other participants
Discuss your participation with attorneys, judges, or anyone involved in the actual case (if one exists)
What You CAN Do
Share your own personal opinions or reactions (without revealing confidential information)
Consult with your personal attorney about whether you want to participate
Report illegal activity to law enforcement
Respond to a valid court order or subpoena
Why This Matters
The information in this session is attorney work product and is protected by law. It's used only to help prepare for potential litigation and cannot be used against the case or its participants.
What Happens If You Break This Agreement
If you share confidential information without permission, you may be held legally responsible for:
Damages (money owed)
Attorney fees
Injunctive relief (a court order stopping you from further disclosure)
